Refund policy

Returns & exchanges (30 days)
Most of our inventory is used books. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order date for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the book is returned in the same condition it was shipped (no new markings, missing pages, stains, odors, or water damage).

Product condition
Returns are accepted for items that are new or slightly used (as sold) and returned in the same shipped condition.

How to start a return or exchange
Email info@justgreatbooks.org with your order number and the title(s) you’re returning or exchanging. Let us know whether you prefer a refund or an exchange, and we’ll reply with the return instructions.

Return shipping (free label)
We provide a free return shipping label (download & print) for eligible returns and exchanges within the 30-day window.

Damaged/incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@justgreatbooks.org and we’ll make it right. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after the return is delivered and inspected. You’ll receive a confirmation email when processed.

Restocking fees
None.

Packaging
Please use protective packaging so the book returns in the same condition. Items returned with new damage may receive a partial refund.
